Instructions for use


When you first connect:

  1. Enter your current card number preceded by as many 0 digits as necessary to reach a 6-digit code in the "Enter your code" field
  2. Re-enter your current card number (6 digits) in the "Enter PIN code" field (default password)
  3. Go to the "Parameter management" submenu
  4. Enter your e-mail address in the corresponding field (Optional: useful if you need to recover your password).
  5. Change your password by entering your card number in the "Old PIN code" box, then twice your new password "New PIN code" and "Confirm new PIN code".
  6. Confirm with "Account update".
  7. You can now use and consult your personal space at any time with your new login details.

Use of the restaurant's payment badge

I Operation of the payment system

  1. The restaurant's payment badge is given to each holder by the department concerned.
  2. Each holder has a prepaid account. The cardholder is responsible for funding his or her account and maintaining a sufficient balance.
  3. As soon as you arrive, remember to fund your account using one of the reload options described below.
  4. The restaurant's website provides you with information on your current account balance and transaction details.

II Refill of the restaurant account:
You have the following options to recharge your account at the restaurant:

  1. The replenishment of your cash account is only accepted with a minimum amount of CHF 10. A receipt is given to you if you choose this option. Replenishment of your account can also be done by credit card.
  2. By Postfinance Card, American Express, MasterCard or Visa credit card only. Link to the restaurant's website:

III Loss of the restaurant's payment badge

  1. You must immediately report the loss of your payment badge to the security of your site. This will block your old badge and automatically forward the new badge number to Eldora. The balance remaining on the new badge is automatically transferred to the new badge.
  2. Your restaurant account is linked to your SAP PID. In case of loss of your badge your restaurant account is not affected.

IV Checking your restaurant account, errors, complaints and forgetting the payment badge.

  1. The balance of your restaurant account and transactions can be consulted at any time on the restaurant's website, link: This function is reserved for people with a payment badge and access.
  2. For any questions or problems related to your restaurant account please contact the person in charge of your restaurant.
  3. Error in entry at the cash registers: To be immediately noted by the cashier who will take note. The correction will be made later on the account.
  4. Problem with your payment badge: The cashier will take note of your badge number for later verification.
  5. If you forget your payment badge you can pay by credit card. No credit will be granted. The benefits of the badge cannot be required in this case.

V Closing the account

  1. For all account holders, the account is to be sold out at the restaurant after the last meal.
  2. The account will be blocked at the end of the validity period of the payment badge.


Change of badges
When changing your badge, security and human resources automatically transmit the new badge number. Your balance is available as soon as we receive this information on your new badge number.
